Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping/Handling

We ship to all 49 Continental United States. 

Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days.  Custom or embroidered orders may take up to two additional weeks depending on the complexity and size of the order.

We ship from multiple vendors, shipping transit windows may vary. 

Please email help@topstitchscrubs.com to confirm shipping charges if your order includes multiple vendors and/or ships to a residential address.

Instructions:

  1. To start, please go to our Return Center. Select the items you're looking to return and fill out the necessary details.

  2. Ship the items back using the system-generated prepaid label when completing the return form.

  3. Please allow 48 hours from delivery of return for our team to process your refund

 

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Sent back to TopStitch within 30 days of receipt of your order

The garment(s) must be in their original condition:

  1. Unwashed

  2. Unworn

  3. Unaltered

  4. With tags attached

 

Additional Information

  • We do not offer exchanges; if you would like to make an exchange, please follow the stated return process and purchase what you would like on a new order

  • Refunds will only be given via original purchase method

  • TopStitch will not accept returns on items with pet hair; returns must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags attached
  • TopStitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • TopStitch will not ship back worn or damaged merchandise once returned. Please ensure your returned items meet our eligible return conditions before sending them back
  • Discontinued and WSL (While Supplies Last) items are "final sale" and not eligible for return

  • If you have received a product with garment or embroidery defects, please contact Help@TopStitchScrubs.com so we can assist you in a return or exchange
